Marinated Chicken
Servings: 6 Prep: 10 minutes — Cook: 1 hour
 


Marinated Chicken Marinated Chicken  

You will need to begin preparing this dish ahead of time, such as in the morning before going to work. Serve with spaghetti on the side.
 
 

 

INGREDIENTS

6 boneless chicken breast halves
1/3 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 cups white wine
4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
12 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced (white mushrooms will also do)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup quality Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme
  Salt and pepper

 



METHOD

Place the chicken in a 9x13-inch baking pan coated with DuPont SilverStone® non-stick. Combine all of the above ingredients and pour over the chicken. Marinate for at least 4 hours, turning once or twice. Cook in the marinade in a 375° oven for 1 hour, until chicken is tender. Use the marinade over a side of cooked spaghetti, or sop it up off your plate with crusty bread.
