Combine
the marinade ingredients and mix well. Score the meat crosswise
and place in a shallow pan; season with salt and pepper. Pour marinade
over meat, coating both sides well, then place in refrigerator for
8 hours.
Grill
the steak 2 to 3 inches from the heat, basting with the marinade
on an outdoor cooker, or, at least 4 inches from the heat in your
oven/broiler in a pan coated with DuPont SilverStone® non-stick.
Cook about 5 to 6 minutes per side (you may cut in the middle to
test for desired doneness). When the steak is finished, cut on the
diagonal into 1/2-inch-thick pieces and serve.
