Garlic-Crusted Chicken

Marinated Chicken Marinated Chicken  

Swift and simple, this dish satisfies garlic lovers and makes converts of anyone else. Season your fresh breadcrumbs with a medley of Mediterranean spices, or if using store-bought breadcrumbs, go for the Italian-flavored.
 
 

 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
  Salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup butter, melted
8 boned, skinless chicken breasts
 



METHOD

Preheat the oven to 375°. In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Add garlic to the melted butter. Dip chicken in butter and then in the breadcrumbs. Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish coated with DuPont SilverStone® non-stick. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
