butter, melted |

METHOD
|

Preheat
the oven to 375°. In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan
cheese, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Add garlic to the
melted butter. Dip chicken in butter and then in the breadcrumbs.
Place in a 9x13-inch baking dish coated with DuPont SilverStone®
non-stick. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
