Turkey Fajitas
Serving: 4 Cook: 6 minutes

Turkey Fajita Turkey Fajita
We've given classic fajitas a new twist by adding turkey. Serve bundled in soft flour tortillas, or on top of leftover white or wild rice.

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup red onion, sliced thin
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley or cilantro, minced
3 cups white turkey meat, cut into strips
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce of your choice
4 soft flour tortillas

METHOD

Heat oil over medium heat in a skillet coated with DuPont SilverStone® non-stick. Add the garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned. Add the lemon juice, chili powder, oregano, thyme, black pepper, onion and bell pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Add the cilantro, turkey and hot sauce; combine well. Serve the sautéed mixture with soft tortillas.
