Heat
oil over medium heat in a skillet coated with DuPont SilverStone®
non-stick. Add the garlic and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes until
lightly browned. Add the lemon juice, chili powder, oregano, thyme,
black pepper, onion and bell pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes,
stirring continuously. Add the cilantro, turkey and hot sauce; combine
well. Serve the sautéed mixture with soft tortillas.
