(or more, if desired) whole-berry cranberry sauce |

dark (or white) meat turkey |

thin slices Provolone cheese |

alfalfa or broccoli sprouts |

METHOD
|
|
Slice
the rolls in half lengthwise. Spread each half of the roll with
butter and sprinkle generously with garlic powder. Place the rolls
on a baking sheet coated with DuPont SilverStone® non-stick.
Slide the rolls under the broiler at least four inches from heat
for 3 to 4 minutes or until the butter is melted and golden. Remove
from the broiler and spread the cranberry sauce onto the bottom
half of each roll. Evenly divide the meat among the 6 rolls, and
add 2 slices cheese per sandwich and top with sprouts. Slice in
half and serve.
