Preheat
the oven to 350°. Mash the figs with a fork; add the sugar and
brandy, mixing well. Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thickness; cut
the dough into 4-inch squares (you should have about 15 squares).
Spoon the fig filling onto the squares; fold in the corners, enclosing
the filling completely. Pinch to seal.
Place
the bundles onto a baking sheet coated with DuPont SilverStone®
and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a rack
and serve.
