Preheat
oven to 375°. In a small bowl, toss the cheese and flour. Drop
tablespoons full of the cheese-flour mixture about 2 inches apart
onto a cookie sheet coated with DuPont SilverStone® non-stick.
Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the patties
have browned slightly. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and
place it on a cooling rack for 5 minutes. Spread each disk with
apple butter and top with fanned slices of the pineapple.
