Our menu suggests using loose tea, which brews the strongest, most flavorful tea. Yet, to make it more simple, use high quality tea bags. We also suggest giving everyone their own personal teapot at their place-setting.

Tea ToolsTea Tools:
Individual 2-cup teapots

Stovetop tea kettle

Tea ball or infuser

Tea strainer

Small sugar cubes with tongs

Hot thermos for making hot water or hot tea ahead of time

Four to six flavors of classic teas such as China Oolong, Japanese Green, Earl Grey and Darjeeling, plus the suggested party tea.

You can order high quality bagged and loose teas, and tools from John Harney & Sons by calling 1-800-TEA-TIME.
