In
a 1 to 1 1/2-quart pitcher, mix the concentrate, brandy, and sugar
until the sugar is dissolved. Cut the orange and lemon slices into
quarters; add to the pitcher with ice cubes; mix thoroughly. For
each serving, pour 1 part lemonade mixture and 2 parts champagne
into a champagne flute. Garnish with a few citrus pieces and serve.
