Using prewashed salad mix containing such greens as chicory, dandelion
or red-leaf radicchio will simplify your holiday entertaining preparations.
Keep extra dressing in a tightly-sealed container in the refrigerator.
INGREDIENTS

cups vegetable or canola oil

cup fresh lemon juice

salt

teaspoon
paprika

teaspoon
fresh milled black pepper

cloves
garlic, coarsely chopped

teaspoon honey
3/4
cup
evaporated milk
METHOD
Place
all of the ingredients into a bowl. Mix lightly with a wire whisk.
Put half of the mixture into a blender, mixing just enough to incorporate.
Add the remaining portion and finish off by blending for an additional
30 to 45 seconds.
