Combine
oats, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, raisins, nuts, and dry milk.
Stir well and store in a large airtight container.
To
turn into an oatmeal breakfast, preheat the oven to 350°. Place
1 cup dry mix into a 12-ounce baking dish coated with DuPont SilverStone®
non-stick, ideally a bean pot. Add boiling water, butter, apple,
and cranberries, and bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until bubbly
and lightly browned. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkling
of dried cranberries.
